These pictures may be a little strange. These are all Ukrainians we have helped. They were sitting on sofa beds that we bought for them. Often the Ukrainians fled in such haste that they were only allowed maybe one suitcase—some only had what they could stuff around their child in their stroller!
We just gave $25,000 to a Messianic pastor in the north who is providing household goods to Ukrainians immigrating to Israel and trying to set up a home—often, the family is only a mother and her children (most men had to stay behind to fight in the war). We are also paying for half the rent on an apartment in Haifa that is being used to give temporary housing to new immigrants.

Thank you so much for your generous support during this crisis. It may not be in the headlines as much as it was initially, but I can tell you the needs are still very great for those who have come to Israel for refuge and to start a new life. The Bible predicts a mass immigration from a land north of Israel. (Jer. 16;14-15) This wave of Aliyah began in 1990, with the collapse of the Soviet Union. But with this war on Ukraine, many Jewish Ukrainians are coming home. We have to be here for them!

We are so grateful to be able to help those who have lost so much, many of whom are our brothers and sisters in Messiah. Please consider making a donation today—there is still much work to be done to help the Ukrainian people who are making Aliyah.
