Who will show the Jewish people the true love of Yeshua?

As we approach the end of the year, I want to share with you an urgent and extraordinary opportunity to impact Israel with the good news of Yeshua. As president of Shelanu TV, Israel’s first and only 24/7 Hebrew-language gospel channel, I have the privilege of witnessing hearts awakened across Israel—some encountering the message of Yeshua for the very first time. And as an elder at Tiferet Yeshua, I get to play a role in discipling new believers.
This year, we are believing God for $200,000 by December 31st to expand our reach and strengthen our two-fold mission: proclaiming the gospel through Shelanu TV and establishing disciples through our home congregation, Tiferet Yeshua, in Tel Aviv. Evangelism and congregational life are both essential for lasting transformation. MMI financially supports both ministries.
Every month, Israelis reach out requesting a Hebrew New Testament, and we joyfully send it along with my book Identity Theft in Hebrew. The response is astonishing: rabbis, rabbinical students, secular Israelis, and Arab-Israelis are reading, watching, and asking questions that were unthinkable just a few years ago. The hunger is real and growing.
At the same time, we are witnessing something deeply troubling: unprecedented worldwide antisemitism. Many Jewish people are feeling isolated, afraid, and unsure of whom they can trust. Even more heartbreaking, some of the voices fueling this hatred come from people who claim to follow Jesus.
This raises a vital question: Who will show the Jewish people the true love of Yeshua? If not us—those who cherish the Jewish Messiah, the Jewish Scriptures, and the Jewish apostles who brought the gospel to the world—then who?
This is why believers worldwide must care about reaching Israel.
Everything we hold dear in our faith came through the Jewish people.
Without Israel, Jesus would not have been born.
Without Israel, the New Testament would not exist.
And it was Jewish disciples who carried the gospel to the nations.
Paul underscores this in Romans 15:27, reminding Gentile believers that because they have shared in Israel’s spiritual blessings, they have a responsibility to bless Israel materially.
This is not about pressuring anyone—it is about recognizing God’s beautiful, mutual design. God used Israel to bring the gospel to the nations; now He is using the nations to bring the gospel back to Israel. We need each other.
In the early 50s CE, Roman believers were beginning to turn against the Jewish people. In response, Paul reminded them of God’s heart, even declaring, “For I could wish that I myself were cursed and cut off from Messiah for the sake of my own people” (Romans 9:3). His love for Israel reflected the heart of Yeshua Himself.
Today, that same call is before us. In a time of rising hatred, let us be the ones who demonstrate the love, truth, and compassion of Yeshua to His own people.
As the year closes, I invite you to stand with us. Your gift—large or small—helps us reach Israelis with the gospel, disciple new believers, strengthen our congregation in Tel Aviv, and place the Hebrew New Testament into searching hands.
Would you prayerfully consider a generous year-end gift to help us reach our $200,000 goal? Together, we can shine the light of Yeshua in Israel during one of the most critical moments in history.
With deep gratitude,
Dr. Ron Cantor
President, Shelanu TV
Elder, Tiferet Yeshua Congregation, Tel Aviv
P.S. In a season of rising global antisemitism, Jewish people need to see the love of Yeshua through His followers. Your support helps us bring hope, truth, and the Hebrew Scriptures to Israelis who are searching for answers. Thank you for standing with us.
