“The Salon” (Ha Salon in Hebrew) has been one of our most popular series at Shelanu TV (Israel’s only 24-7 Hebrew-speaking gospel channel).
In Hebrew (and a few other languages), the salon is the room in the house where you gather to talk and hang out (like a “family room,” or “den” (it's not just where ladies go to get a haircut 😄).
We created a portable, outdoor salon (with a comfy chair, big rug, and a lamp) and invited Israelis into a conversation with Messianic Jews from around the country and all walks of life.
Mine has been viewed 40,000 times on the Shelanu channel and that version did not have subtitles, which means it was viewed mainly by Hebrew speakers (the one above has subtitles and is on our channel).
Israel—and the whole world—is hurting and desperate for hope and healing.
