Israel takes out another terrorist- plus an update from the US
This will be a very quick “Shabbat Shalom.” As I shared with you the other day, both of my parents came down with COVID. The entire wing of my dad's rehab facility where he was getting his legs back in shape has been pretty much shut down. My mom is doing OK. But the day after I tested negative, I woke up in the middle of the night with symptoms. So I'm a little bit weak and tired, but nothing to be concerned about. Please pray for a speedy recovery for all of us... My sister also tested positive but she has no symptoms.
Israel and Iran
Reports out of Iran are that the president is at odds with the Republican Guards. The Republican Guards want to hit Israel hard, as I imagine they are embarrassed that it was under their watch that the Uber terrorist Ismael Hahiyeh was killed. Iran’s new president, Masoud Pezeshkian, is concerned that a bold response would draw Iran into a war with Israel.
Israel Continues to Take Out Terror Leaders
If you thought that the negative response to the assassinations of both Hezbolah’s top commander and Hamas’ political chief would deter Israel from continuing, you were wrong. Today, Israel neutralized Samer al-Hajj, who served as the security director in a Lebanon-based Palestinian refugee camp.
Well, that’s it for today. I’m going to rest over the weekend and I do appreciate your prayers for our whole family. Elana is in Israel caring for her mom. Bless you all and Shabbat Shalom!
