A Night to Bless Israeli Troops
By the time you get this, Prime Minister Netanyahu will have spoken to Congress. I assume he is going to correctly tell the world that this three-front war that Israel was drawn into on October 7 is the war of free people everywhere resisting Islamic fascism. Israel is being attacked not only by Hamas but Hezbollah and the Houthis in Yemen (who just killed a man in Tel Aviv with a drone). And he will focus on how much of the world has been brainwashed by Hamas and Iran. I just watched as Fox News interviewed a pro-Palestinian protester who accused Israel of killing the vast majority of Israelis on October 7.
I could talk about that, and I will tomorrow, but my heart is with our soldiers defending me and my family and every other Israeli. Temperatures are soaring in Israel, and many of these kids wear 40 lbs of equipment. Wherever you stand politically, please see our young men and women as brave soldiers seeking to defend Israel from Iran and her terrorist proxies.
A commander contacted me yesterday about his reserve unit being called back into Gaza. His troops were stationed for months against Hezbollah and then, after a short break, were called into Gaza. Now, they are being called out of Gaza and sent back to the border of Lebanon to fight Hezbollah again. They leave on July 30th. He deeply desires to have a night of appreciation for his troops and asked if our donors could help. These types of events strengthen the bonds between the soldiers before they go into battle, and they allow the families to spend time with each other. These reserve troops are like brothers, often serving decades together.
Of course we can!
Because of you, we have been able to help scores of soldiers, families of fallen soldiers, Israelis who lost their homes on October 7 and so many more.
As God gives you grace, please consider a gift today to continue to stand with Israel so we can do things like host a night of appreciation for these roughly 100 troops and their families.
Just click here to make an online donation or send a check to the address below. My hope and prayer are that this war will soon be over and not only will our troops come home, but all the remaining hostages. Thank you so much!
