Obama: Terror Is Our Fault; Perps are ‘victims’!

President Obama gave his weekly address on Saturday. Shockingly he presented the perpetrators of the San Bernardino terror attacks as victims and said that we need to do more to prevent others from falling prey. He presents ‘radicalization’ as something that can be caught, like a virus.
