When it comes to reaching people for the Kingdom of God, two things are essential:
The Message of Messiah
And His Mishpacha! (Family)
Messiah’s Mandate exists to both reach the people of Israel with the Good News of Yeshua and to support our local Tel Aviv congregation.
Shelanu TV: Reaching Israel in Hebrew
In March 2019, I met with the head of programming for Israel’s largest cable company. By the time I left that meeting, we had an agreement to launch the first-ever Messianic Jewish Hebrew-language channel in Israel’s history.
We knew it might not stay on cable for long (and we were right—there were massive protests from the religious community against us)—but God used it as a launching pad for Shelanu TV, which has now been sharing the Good News online for over five years.
Through Shelanu TV and our social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok), we are proclaiming Yeshua to Israelis in their own language. We’ve produced talk shows, testimonies, biblical tourism programs, and worship videos. Every month, we send out 20–30 Hebrew New Testaments and a similar number of copies of the Hebrew translation of my book Identity Theft. Yes, these are Israeli viewers asking for them!
The Bible promises an end-time revival in Israel—and we get to play a part.
“I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean; I will cleanse you from all your impurities and from all your idols. I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you.” — Ezekiel 36:25–26
“Afterward the Israelites will return and seek the Lord their God and David their king. They will come trembling to the Lord and to his blessings in the last days.” — Hosea 3:5
Tiferet Yeshua: Building Community in Hebrew
Once Israelis come to faith, they need community.
There are over 200 Messianic congregations in Israel—but very few are fully in Hebrew. From worship to preaching to fellowship, Tiferet Yeshua (Glory of Yeshua) was established in the mid-1990s as a Hebrew-speaking congregation for Israelis discovering Yeshua.
Our goal is to make sure that when Israelis walk in, they encounter something familiar—not foreign.
We don’t change the gospel to reach Jewish people; we’re returning to its roots. The original messengers were all Israeli, Hebrew-speaking disciples. For nearly a decade after the resurrection, the gospel had not yet gone to the Gentiles until God sent Peter to Cornelius. We’re simply walking again in that New Testament pattern—reaching the lost sheep of Israel while embracing the beautiful unity of Jew and Gentile as one new man (Eph. 2:15).
Messiah’s Mandate: Partnering for Revival

We’re believing God for $200,000 to continue supporting Shelanu TV and Tiferet Yeshua. The war may be over (we think), but Israelis are still suffering deep trauma. Antidepressant use is soaring. The world is growing darker, as antisemitism and even neo-Nazism are being normalized.

Now is the time to ensure there is a lighthouse in Tel Aviv—Tiferet Yeshua—to welcome those who are searching.
