Israel rocked by murder-rape of young Jewish girl
The brutal and cowardly rape and murder of 19-year-old in Jerusalem last week has rocked all of Israel and has been declared an act of terror.
The suspect, a 29-year-old Palestinian, confessed that he took a knife from his home in Hebron and crossed into Israeli territory

Murderer and rapist Arafat Irfaiya, smirks after being arrested.
Irfaiya raped and murdered the Israeli teen when he found her alone in the Jerusalem Forest near the place she volunteered. Ansbacher’s body was found Thursday evening. The Shin Bet ruled the murder a terror attack and said that Irfayia “implicated himself definitively.”
Ansbacher was a volunteer at a youth center at Ein Yael in south Jerusalem as part of her national service, which many religious Israeli teens opt for in place of serving in the army.

Ori Ansbacher, was only 19 when the terrorist happened upon her by chance
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his wife Sara visited the Ansbacher family to offer their condolences. Lawmakers condemned the killing and called on the world to do likewise.
“When a Palestinian illegally staying in Israel commits a heinous murder of a Jew, it definitely should be classified as a nationalistically motivated murder,” said Public Security Minister Gilad Erdan. “It doesn’t matter what he does or doesn’t say in his interrogation. I hope the relevant authorities understand that, and if not — it should be signed into law.”
Following Irfaiya’s arrest on Friday, incensed Israelis protested in Tel Aviv, calling for the death penalty in this case. Israel does not have the death penalty even for cases of terrorism. The only time Israel carried out the death penalty was against Adolph Eichmann, the architect of Hitler’s the “final solution”.
“Only by deporting them to Syria and a public hanging in Rabin square will such things end,” one woman said.
Irfaiya has been arrested before. In 2017 he was caught at the entrance to the Temple Mount in Jerusalem armed with a large kitchen knife, and had said that if released, he would “come back here with a knife.”
At the time he told investigators that he wanted to either become a martyr, meaning he would die in the process of carrying out a terror attack, or be jailed in Israel.
Netanyahu said he is going to block funds to the Palestinian Authority which rewards families of terrorists for killing Jews.
