Anti-Semitic video by Muslim children in America surfaces

The hateful rhetoric of Muslims against Israelis and Jews is not limited to Palestinians and other Arab states where we have seen this as the norm. More and more we are seeing that there is not daylight between anti-Semitism and demonizing Israel, as opponents of Israel claim.

A shocking video posted on the Facebook page of the Muslim American Society in Philadelphia shows children speaking in Arabic about chopping off heads and sacrificing themselves for Al Aqsa.

The Muslim Society said the video was “disturbing” and was not vetted before being posted, said Executive Director Ayman Hammous. He said he learned of the content of the video after the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI) posted a translation of it.

“It does not represent our understanding of Islam, nor the understanding of the mainstream Muslim community,” Hammous said.

In the two-minute video from an April event, a young girl says, “We will sacrifice our souls without hesitation, we will chop off their heads” and liberate the Al Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem.

Children in the video also join in singing the “revolutionaries’ anthem,” popular among Islamic groups. “Those who do not accept oppression should assert themselves,” the song says. “The path to Al Aqsa calls us.”

Hammous said that the school that organized last month’s event is a separate entity that rents space from his organization and that he couldn’t immediately recall the school’s name. The school board dismissed the person in charge of the program.

While I am all for free speech, it seems to me that teaching children that it is okay to chop off people’s heads breaks some law…right? It would seem that this is incitement to criminal behavior, not to mention severe brainwashing and child abuse.  We will see how the justice department deals with this.
